About Helen

As an operational efficiency consultant who raised two millennials and has worked for a real estate technology company for nearly two decades, Helen dos Santos has a keen understanding of business environments; her specialty being finance and operations systems and models. She launched Market Center Leverage Solutions to serve the real estate community, bringing her creative and technology-driven human-centric approach to business owners who are seeking to scale and enhance their leverage through people, systems, and technology.

Helen has over 30 years of experience in business operations systems management and implementation. Her experience in the real estate industry extends across regional franchise operations management, residential real estate brokerage ownership, commercial multi-family operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Helen has launched many careers, having attracted and hired ambitious professionals and real estate agents over the past 18 years. She is a visionary and a connector, finding joy in helping others tap into their unique genius.

Carmen Hugo has 30+ years in bookkeeping experience and has been in the real estate industry for the last 16 years. Her experience running the operations and doing the accounting of a highly profitable, award winning 300+ agent Keller Williams real estate office, she knows how to run and operate a profitable business! “I am excited to join MCLS so I can utilize my experience and focus on the tasks I love doing, such as the bookkeeping for the real estate and escrow operations!”
