About Helen

As an operational efficiency consultant who raised two millennials and has worked for a real estate technology company for nearly two decades, Helen dos Santos has a keen understanding of business environments; her specialty being finance and operations systems and models. She launched Market Center Leverage Solutions to serve the real estate community, bringing her creative and technology-driven human-centric approach to business owners who are seeking to scale and enhance their leverage through people, systems, and technology.

Helen has over 30 years of experience in business operations systems management and implementation. Her experience in the real estate industry extends across regional franchise operations management, residential real estate brokerage ownership, commercial multi-family operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Helen has launched many careers, having attracted and hired ambitious professionals and real estate agents over the past 18 years. She is a visionary and a connector, finding joy in helping others tap into their unique genius.

Greta has over twenty years of experience in accounting, corporate financial planning & analysis, talent acquisition, commercial real estate market analysis, residential real estate sales and multi-family investing. Greta is a former Certified Public Accountant and earned an MBA in Real Estate and Marketing from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. Her skill set is perfectly curated to enable MCLS to scale while continuing to provide superior service to our clients and help them make their businesses more efficient and profitable.

Chris Baker has been an active Real Estate Agent for several years. He has served in multiple high-executive management roles within the Real Estate Industry. Prior to Real Estate, Chris served in the U.S. Navy. Shortly after, he got hired by a private contracting company for the Department of Defense. Starting off as an executive assistant, he worked his way up to eventually becoming an investor with the company. Chris’s hard work and dedication to building relationships for organizations and individuals have allowed him to climb up the ranks of many companies in a short period of time. His passion, organization, and communication skills between clients, customers, and businesses are key to getting any project done in a timely manner. With over 15 years in both the public and private sectors Chris has vast experience in; management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.
